Aim

The Organisation would like to raise money as we are currently supporting 42 young people a week and we also have a waiting list.

The project wants to make our vision come true. That is to help young people reach their full life potential. Currently our project has 5 staff which consists of 3 counsellors and 2 admin staff. The team have all suffered a form of bereavement and trauma and understand the impact this has on children and young people. Our board and staff all have lived experiences and our passion to support children and young people is amazing.  We want to see children and young people in the early intervention stage of bereavement and trauma support. We know what impact children and young people face if they receive late intervention. Since Lockdown we have seen a rise in complex cases in children and young people. These young People need our support. The money raised will enable us to Create more counselling sessions for young people.. We currently have children and young people waiting to receive counselling. Your support means we can start seeing them straight away. Children and young people facing complex trauma will have a safe haven to come and work out their feelings. They will be able to build a trusting relationship with their counsellor. When we help a child or young person they attend a 10 week program once a week for 60 minutes. We are committed to the mental health of children and young people.
