Our focus is planting trees throughout Suffolk. We aim to work with community groups, schools, youth groups and other organisations to bring together people and the environment. We feel that by engaging communities in their public spaces we create a sense of ownership for the projects we support. Hopefully with this ownership we encourage learning, understanding and care for the future.

We believe that working with young people is a powerful tool as planting trees is one of the most optimistic things an adult can do. We are planting them now for our children to enjoy in the future. If we work directly with children then we hope to instill a sense of wonder regarding their environment and hope this continues throughout their lives. We are able to do this by delivering high quality planting days with knowledgeable and enthusiastic leaders who leave a positive lasting impression. We also commit to maintaining the trees we plant to make them as successful as possible. We feel this shows our commitment to our projects and keeps the groups we work with engaged in the space for many years to come.

This past year we have planted over 5000 trees and in the year ahead we are aiming to plant 10,000. These trees will all be planted with assistance from local communities and will be locally grown, native trees that are suitable for each site that we plant.
