ELBA develops exciting employee volunteering opportunities to strengthen charities, support local residents, improve student employability

ELBA builds the connection between businesses and the community in east London and beyond creating a positive impact and strong communities, tackling the issues that determine social mobility. 

ELBA engages over 16,000 employee volunteers from around 100 business partners every year in a huge range of volunteering initiatives. These volunteering projects support over 30,000 individuals develop their business and/or employability skills and several hundred charities improve their facilities, operational processes, leadership and governance through team challenges, mentoring, training, charity board membership etc.

ELBA supports educational partners to develop lots of initiatives where employee volunteers can help improve the confidence and employability skills of young people. 

ELBA is a registered charity and community partner of Aviva. We would love lots of Aviva employee volunteers sign up and share time and skills to support east London communities!
