Hi, I’m Phil and have been working for Aviva in Norwich for 18 years.

Most of those years ago I took part in another cycling challenge through work and managed 350 miles from Carlisle to Norwich over the Pennines and past the highest pub in the UK (without stopping!) to get back in time for Norwich vs Carlisle in the Championship. They were a tiring but very enjoyable 3 and a half days!

Time has passed and children have happened in the mean time, so I'm not as young or as fit as I used to be. Please can you sponsor me to give me motivation to get training and try to avoid the saddle sores from last time? I have multiple sets of padded shorts now :)

The Norwich Aviva Cycling Challenge is fundraising for Age UK. Over 100 riders will be taking part, raising essential funds to help provide vital services, care, support, and hope to older people in our community.

On top of this, Aviva will match all donations doubling the amount the charity receives. Win-win.
