500km Aviva Tour De Mentia 2024: 23rd to 25th September  – York to London Cycling Challenge

I recently lost my grandmother, who battled dementia in her final years. One of the most joyful moments in latter days was witnessing her have a lucid moment where she chatted with my two-year-old son and joked about how noisy he is!

The research Alzheimer's Society is doing is helping provide more of those moments to families and give more time to different generations of families together.

On September 23rd, my colleagues and I from Aviva will embark on the Tour De Mentia, cycling from York to London. This 500km journey will include stops in Stoke and Oxford before reaching London.

Any donation at all would be hugely appreciated to help drive on the development and research that is constantly progressing, to fight this awful disease.
