We need to replace the existing trim trail as it doesn't meet with current Health and Safety standards.
We are the Foxhills Infant School Parent and Teacher Association, a committee that wants all children to have the best possible opportunities to achieve their potential both in and out of the classroom.
The purpose of the association is to advance the education of pupils in the school, in particular by developing effective relationships between the staff, parents and others associated with the school, engaging in activities as well as providing facilities and equipment.
We would like to raise £11,060.00 for a new trim trail for the school as the old one is no longer safe for use with current Health and Safety standards. A new trim trail will not only provide the children with an exciting and adventurous outdoor space for physical play and exercise, but also enable them to develop fundamental movement skills and build their core strength. It will provide opportunities to overcome new challenges and this will help build resilience, encourage turn taking as well as boosting confidence and self-esteem.
